Laser Engraved Imprint

Imprint Area: 1/2" H x 1-1/2" W. Larger imprints possible at $.40 (G) additional.Quest is able to wrap engrave around the cap of the pen which allows for larger imprint.

Second Location Imprint: $.60 (G) each, no additional set up charge.

Personalization: $2.50 (G) Send typewritten list of names

You can e-mail your camera-ready artwork. We use Adobe Illustrator CS2 and Corel Draw X3. Please save as a .eps or .ai file and convert all type to outlines. When possible, please compress file before sending (Zip or Stuffit). If you are using any other format or program, please call before sending.

All artwork submitted to Quest must be in compliance with applicable copyright and trademark laws and purchaser agrees to hold Quest harmless for any damages, costs and/or expenses arising under these laws as consequence of our use of submitted artwork.

Payment Terms
Cash, check or money order is required. Net 30 days from the date of invoice for customers with approved credit. We can take payments by PayPal account if you prefer.

Shipping
Our primary shipper is UPS for which we charge $2.50 per package handling charge plus the UPS active rate per $100.00 of value of insurance for amounts over $100.00. If instructed by purchaser not to insure, we will not be responsible for any loss.
Approximate ship weight: Pens: 12 pieces per pound, wood boxes: 5 pieces per pound.

Refill Information
Ballpoint pens are supplied with universal medium black refill.
Mechanical pens utilize 0.9mm lead.
Rollerball pens supplied with black ink Hauser non-dry refill.
Fountain pens supplied with 2 black ink cartridges.

Note: Replacement refills, lead and ink cartridges can be found at most stationary stores.
